We will repair any Domestic or Commercial vacuum for which parts are still available.

We only service the Central Vacuum parts that are external of the wall (Hose Assembly, Wand and Power Nozzle). We can test those parts to ensure that they are working properly. If not, we can make recommendations for replacement parts. Please note that we do not make service calls directly to customer’s home.

Yes, we do not service any machines for which parts are not available. Also, we do not service water-based machines like (Carpet Shampooers or Floor Mates).

Yes, as long as the machine is able to be turned on and is brought into our shop for a visual inspection. If the machine does not turn on, there will be a minimum diagnostic fee assessed since we will have to take the machine fully apart in order to diagnose the problem. Please note, we do not provide estimates over the phone.

Any new machine can be returned for full credit within seven days of purchase only if it is returned in the original box un-opened and the customer has the original sales receipt. If the machine has been used for any reason and the customer has the original sales receipt, the customer may return the machine but will be subject to a 25% re-stocking fee or will be given store credit towards the purchase of a different machine. Vacuum cleaners exposed to water, drywall dust, or hazardous materials such as lead or mold are not eligible for return.

All special-order items must be paid for in advance and are not returnable.

We do have the capability of shipping certain types of vacuums to our customers. However, we highly recommend that the customer visit our shop and test the machine prior to purchase. This will ensure the highest satisfaction for the customer.

No, we do not ship overseas or to PO Boxes.
